Student loan can be included in bankruptcy

I took canada student loan and osap 9 years ago after finish full time study. Now there is $ 1075 left over 3 years ago i go for 7 months full time cource in private college funded by HRDC for people who are on ei. My question is i can include my left over student load in bakruptcy as i finish 9 years ago or hrdc cource i toook 3 years ago will count my period from that day .
becasue govt allowing 7 years old student loan can be included in bankruptcy.
I want your opinion what is the real scenario.

The legislation reads that it makes no difference whether the last date of attendance utilized the student loans or not. So I would expect that if you filed a bankruptcy you can expect the student loans to survive.
