BANK ACCOUNT HISTORY

Will my trustee verify my bank account history or he will verify it only from the moment I file for bankruptcy? or will he verify it at all.

Once you file your trustee has access to your entire banking and financial history – you give them that right as part of the process of claiming bankruptcy. As to how much they will actually look at, well, the three months immediately preceeding your bankruptcy for sure, maybe 6 or 12 months if they feel it is warranted. Beyond that they’d have to have a reason to suspect something unusual…
If you were my client and you asked this question I would assume there’s something you don’t want me to see and I’d probably take a closer look than I might normally.
