Can you stop bankruptcy proceedings in the middle of the term. I am half way through my 21 months, and with changes in my life, I think I can pay my debts off myself, can this be done? what happens to payments made to trustee? what is the end result, still have a bankruptcy on my credit bureau?

No you can’t stop a bankruptcy part way through, the only way the bankruptcy can be annulled is if it was based on fraudulent information. If circumstances have changed and you would like to avoid having the bankruptcy on your record you could talk to your trustee about filing a consumer proposal to annul the bankruptcy. This would really be your only way out.
