does going bankrupt effect u differently depending on the bankrucpy amount? Example. $50, 000 or $300,000. different amounts same punishment?

In most cases the amount of your debt doesn’t influence the way your bankruptcy will proceed. The only time the level of your debts has a significant impact is if you owe greater than $200,000 for personal income taxes. Otherwise the size of your debt normally doesn’t influence much.
