Car title

I am currently using a car belonging to a friend but it is in my name for insurance reasons. I am planning on filing for bankruptcy and will be transferring the car and title back to my friend do I have to claim this vehicle when I file or is it okay to do the transfer without disclosing it?

If you don’t disclose the transfer and your trustee finds out about it themselves you may have a very hard time explaining yourself… Better to discuss it BEFORE you file, better still discuss it BEFORE you make the transfer. You may not have to…
