Advance Payment

I have an advance from my contractor.
I have not yet completed the work.
If I file bankruptcy do I need to add this as a creditor or do I just complete my work?

Presumably if you want/expect to get paid for the job you will have to complete it… If you have no intention of finishing the job then it may be appropriate to add them to your list fo creditors – you should discuss this with your trustee BEFORE you file.
