disability pension lump sum payment

I have just filled for personal bankrupcy , I have just received confirmation that I will be receiving back pay in a lump sum for disabilty pension for the last previous year ,will I be abel to keep any portion of this money?

Unfortunately that is something you would need to discuss with your trustee. There is a possibility you could keep some, but there is equally as great of a likelihood that you lose it. Ultimately it depends on the Surplus Income Calculation and your trustee will be able to expand on that.
