Filing taxes during bankruptcy

I had surplus income; therefore, my bankruptcy period was extended to 21 months. I am wondering how many tax returns my trustee would file during this period?

Your trustee will file the 2 retursn for the eyar you filed, plus any returns for the years before you filed (if you have the information). Trustees will niot normally prepare the tax returns for the extension period of a bankrutpcy unless you ask (and likely pay them) to do it. Contact your trustee and ask them.
