Do trustees visit house to check for example furniture value? or they trust us if we say if we give them an estimate let say $1000 max?

With the help of the trustee you will provide a valuation. If that valuation is questioned by the creditor the trustee may have to attended your house to verify the valuation provided. But in most cases that is not necessary.
