A licensed trustee said...

If you do not make the required payments to your trustee, you will not be discharged from your bankruptcy. That means the debt will not be eliminated AND you will remain an undicharged bankrupt (which means you cannot file bankuptcy again until you deal with the first one.

If you search through all of our postings you nwill find quite a few questions sent by people that didn’t complete their procedures – asking whatthey have to do now in order to be discharged. You might want to take a minute and have a look…
