No – pensions cannot be seized by yor creditors. A word of caution – make certain that you are not banking with anyone that you owe money to. Once your pension has been deposited into your accoutn it is said to be “co-mingled with your other funds” and it is possible for your creditors to seize your bank account. If you don’t owe the bank you are using any mnoney then they won’t do this…
