Filing a bankruptcy will clear you from all your personal tax obligations up to and including the date you file for bankruptcy. So you won’t have to worry about the monies owed prior to filing the bankruptcy but you will want to make sure you stay current after you file the bankruptcy so that these problems don’t continue to plague you.
