How do I declare bankruptcy with no income? I have seen a trustee and do not have $1800.00 to use a trustee.

If you don’t have any income you may not need to file for bankruptcy as you are in a position that we refer to as creditor proof. Meaning that without any income or assets that can be seized or garnished there is nothing your creditors can do to force you to pay the debts. As such there is no compelling need for you to file a bankruptcy. Simply explain your situation to your creditors and the worst thing they can do until your situation improves is call and ask for a payment. Even if the sue you, there is nothing the court can do to force you to pay due to the level of income and the limited value of any assets you own.
