Is a fraud judgement against a person covered if they file for bankruptcy?

A licensed trustee said...

Debts that were created as a result of fraud, misrepresentation or malfeasance are NOT covered by bankruptcy law. If a Court has already determined that fraud was committed then bankruptcy will not deal with that debt.
