can you declare bankruptcy on your nl student loans? I know you can on canada student loans.

Bankruptcy laws deal with both federal and provincial student loans. If you have been out of school for a minimum of 7 years then you may include student loans in your bankruptcy. If you have not been out of school for 7 years the student debt will survive the process.
