There is no limit on the number of times one is able to declare bankruptcy, but you need to be careful as each successive bankruptcy becomes significantly more difficult. For that reason we typically recommend that you are much better if able to file a consumer proposal as it will help you to avoid some of the more significant issues with multiple bankruptcies.
