credit counselling

I am currently in a credit counselling program.The payments are too high and I sill have 30 more months to go before the end. Can I declare bankruptcy and get out of the credit counselling??

Certainly – you should talk to a trustee BEFORE you default on the credit counselling plan to make certain filing bankruptcy or a consumer proposal makes more sense for you.
