my accountant told me i owe 60 thousands to revenue canada do i claim bankrupt now or wait for revenue canada to send me there copy they are garnishing my wages this is from 2004 until present

There is no value in delaying until CRA proceeds with a garnishment as it will simply make your life more complicated. If you know you are going to owe the money and that you are not going to be able to pay the amount owed, you are better to proceed with a bankruptcy now as oppossed to delaying the inevitable.
