Which to file for??? HELPPPPPPP

I am disabled and my mobility is very limited with absolutely NO income, my husband makes approx 53,000 annual.
We have a 4 year old daughter and have accumulated over 52000. in personal debt a credit line and 2 credit cards.
Due to my illness we are at my family’s home but hope one day to be on our own. What would be our best alternative at this point? I am sadly confused.

To advise what option would be best is difficult without more information. The best option depends on cash flow, job security, types of asssets owned and the creditors you are dealing with.

What I would recommend, if you want to determine what option is best that you meet with a local trustee, that way they will be able to look at your situation and then explain the pros and cons to all the options available.
