unique situation

I no longer have any assets or a home and cannot work full time due to an injury. I’ve lost my business 2 yrs ago and owe about 60k. How would bankruptcy apply to this situation?

If you anre not working full time due to an injury and no longer have any assets a bankruptcy will likely very straightforward. Likely you would only have to worry about the standard duties (i.e. minimum cost, monthly income and expense statements, counselling sessions and provision of the required tax information). But to know for sure you are best to meet with a local trustee and he will be able to review your situation in more detail and explain these standard duties more in depth.
