why does the trustee’s company do your taxes and keep your income tax for two years when you file bankruptcy

By law your trustee will receive your refunds for the year you file for bankruptcy and any prior years. So if you were to file bankruptcy today, your trustee would receive your 2010 refund and your 2011refund next year. That is simply how it works.
