In most instances the filing of a bankruptcy has no impact on your employment. Certain professional bodies (i.e. CGA, CMA, Law Society etc.) have rules that can limit your ability to practice if there is a A HREF=”/whatisbankruptcy”>bankruptcy, but otherwise the impact on employment oppertunities is relatively minor.
