How much income is allowed for a single mother? You only state for a single with no dependents or married.

This depends on the number of children that you have. The guideline is as follows:
1 1884
2 2345
3 2883
4 3501
5 3971
6 4478
7+ 4986
The number on the left is the number of people in the household, the number on the left is the allowable amount of net income permitted.
For more information on the surplus income calculation I would recommend contacting a local trustee so it can be properly explained based on your specific income and dependents.
