Income tax returns and bankruptcy

my husband owes approx. $13,000 in credit card debt…after my Husband files bankruptcy will the trustee seize all his tax returns until debt is paid? or just the first year??

With every bankruptcy that is filed in Canada, all tax returns for the year of bankruptcy and any previous years are automatically forfeited as part of the bankruptcy
process. So this is just for the year filed (i.e. if you sign in 2010 then the refunds for 2010) and any previous year.
