corparation

i am still a director of a company a i have 3 months left on my bankruptcy term. i have cash from selling assests in the company. i want to pay myself a wage as i have not paid myself anything from the corparation.if i claim it on my monthly income will i receive any troubles before i remove myself from being the director? i have work the hours to be paid.

I am sorry, but you are not the director of a company. Legally when you filed for bankruptcy you were no longer permitted to serve as a director. Further, if you were the sole shareholder of this company then the company itself was signed over to your trustee when you filed for bankruptcy.

You need to go and speak to your trustee – I doubt you are in serious trouble, but what you have done and are doing is not legal and may get you into serious trouble if you don’t deal with it quickly.
