Owning a corporation during bankruptcy?
February 9th, 2010 by Questions
I do contract work for a company, but they wanted me to get incorporated to stay working with them so I didn`t really have a choice.
Now that being said, I would just like to know if legally this is ok while in bankruptcy? Thank you.

Legally you cannot be a director of an incorporated or limited company during a bankruptcy. So what you will need to do is find someone else who is able / willing to be listed as the director for the remainder of the bankruptcy.
