Im looking at purchasing a camperised bus for $2000 dollars from a friend due to my work its a really good solution to my trying to rent where ever im working,so it will be my house,can i still own my daily driver also,we are looking at rent to own situation,thanks even how odd this may sound

The difficulty is not necessarily with the presence of the bus, but the fact that you spent $2000.00 on that bus on the eve of filing for bankruptcy. This is ultimately taking a non-exempt asset (cash) that may have been distributed among your unsecured creditors and converting it into an exempt asset.
This is not to say it isn’t a wise decision and one that is defensible, but it may prove to be a challange that must be overcome.
