unemployed, living on savings

Hi there. I am unemployed and living on savings (looking for work and attending school). I am living on my savings, but am running out. How much money can I have (and keep) when I go bankrupt?

When you file for bankruptcy you are entitled to keep enough money to cover your typical monthly cost of living. Any savings is considered to be a non-exempt asset that must be distributed amoung your creditors.
