overwhelmed

I currently owe 25k in personal dept. Credit cards, credit lines and taxes. I make appx 40k/year and my basic living expenses are appx 1200.00/month. I am drowning and cant catch up. Should I file bankruptcy?

Realistically I don’t have enough information to determine if a bankruptcy is the best fit for your situation, but I would recommend you sit down with a local trustee. They will be able to assess the specifics of your situation and help you to determine what the available options are and of those options what would be the best fit given your situation.
