If I go banckrupt for how many months will I have to produce statements of my credit cards etc.

A licensed trustee said...

Usually when someone asks this question it is because they are trying to hide some sort of activity (opften gambling) on their cards. Your trustee has the right to review as many credit acrds statements as they feel is necessary to understand how your financiaol problems evolved.

That being said, in most cases they only ask to see one or two months.
