Is bankruptcy right for me?

How do you know if bankruptcy is right for you? I never intended not to pay everything that I owe, I am just finding it impossible to do. I have made the mistakes and have every intention of paying those mistakes, but I am getting tired of the constant phone calls and now I am getting them at work and so on. The problem is I can`t seem to find a full time job currently and I seem to only get 20-26 hours a week at the job I have now. Is there a way out of my mess without having to go bankrupt? Please help

The best way to determine this is to meet with a local trustee. You can schedule a consultation with a trustee that will have no cost or obligation associated with it, and ultimately it will allow the trustee to meet with you, investigate your situation and then explain what types of alternatives you have.
