I jus have 20000 debt and on welfare. And the future is pretty bleak as well. What course of action should i take

When you are faced with a situation such as this, with excessive debt and fairly low income, we often find that the filing of a bankruptcy is largely the only option available. Now it is also possible that you are in a position where you are considered creditor proof, meaning that your income is to low for your creditors to force any repayment and then a bankruptcy may not be necessary, but you will need to contact a local trustee to determine this.
