me and my money

I live of 600.00 per month and still get garished 50% for child support but my youngest is 17 and my oldest is 24. If I declare bankruptcy will they still garish my income

The filing of a bankruptcy has no ability to compromise any amount outstanding for child support or prevent any collection attempts that are being made. So unless you have any additional debts then a bankruptcy may not be of much assistance.
