House

What happens if I live in my parents rented house and have to file bankruptcy? Was paying rent until a few months as they were helping me out. Now it`s gotten tough and have to file bankruptcy. They live in there own house and I live in one of there other properties.

As long as you are not on title to this property and are simply living there this really shouldn’t have any problem. The only time it can make a difference is if you are involved or were involved in the ownership of the property.
