I have a `94 truck and a 99 Buick that both need work before they can be sold. Because they are need of repair and old I cashed in some RRSP`s and bought a `04 truck for cash. I was told that because I am only allowed to have a total of $5000.00 in assets that I will have to pay the value over anf above this amount. I do not want the older auto`s, what can I do? Do I have to pay for them even though I do not want them?

If you don’t want to keep the vehicle it is not necessary, but you will have to make arrangements for the vehicle to be sent to auction and the proceeds directed to your bankruptcy.
