can you include previous taxes owning in your bankruptsy?

Taxes are a debt that can be cleared by the filing of a personal bankruptcy in Canada.
Now the amount of your tax debt may impact how a bankruptcy may proceed and you are best to discuss this with a local trustee, but the taxes will be dealt with by the bankruptcy.
