Nope – when you file you are required to surrender all of your credit cards to your trustee, even cards will a NIL balance. Your best option is likely to apply for either a prepaid card or a secured card. If you’ve got a family memeber that is able to help you, a supplementary card on their account might also work, but don’t ask for the card until AFTER you’ve filed.
