Discharge problems if any
I declared Bankruptcy last week of January now this my second bankruptcy. I`ve been paying on time every friday this only 2 mistakes one I had to change banks again and the other time my work had put the money in the wrong bank account. Other then that I`ve been doing really well and I`ve been keeping ontop of everything. My question is once I`ve completed everything and I go to court for my discharge will I have any problems getting a discharge from the judge? Once person at the Trustee said keep doing what your doing and you`ll be fine. I`m just making sure is all.
Thanks

If you keep performing all of your duties properly then they will not be a factor when the Court is deciding what to do with you at the end of your bankruptcy.
What the Court will ask you includes:
– when was your first bankruptcy?
– what caused your first bankruptcy?
– what caused your second bankruptcy?
If it’s been more than 10 years since your first bankruptcy then unless you had the same cause it won’t be much of a factor -the Court is concerned that you’ve had to file more than once, but they are likely far enough apart not to represent a pattern.
If the cause of both your bankruptcies was the same, (for example: failure to pay your income taxes) then you may have some problems with the Court. I suggest you go and speak to your trustee about the process.
