Credit history usually applies to only one country. Even within the same credit card network, information is not shared between different countries. So your credit rating is largely country specific. However, when you move to another country you will begin with a rating that is to new to rate and there is nothing preventing a creditor from pulling a copy of your Canadian Report, it is not common but definitely possible.
