I co-signed for a loan for a family member who is now declaring bankruptcy. I was working when I did this but I no longer work. My spouse is working and all our acounts are in both our names but I have no income at all. Can my spouse be made to pay this even though he did not sign for it just because my name is on the acounts.

If your spouse did not sign on this debt and then he is in no way connected to this debt and is not responsible to pay this amount. So there is nothing your creditors can do to him directly to force him to pay.
