I am considering going into bankruptcy but I was wondering if there are any travel restrictions while in bankruptcy? Are you still allowed to go overseas? Kind Regards, M

There are no travel restrictions when/if you file for bankruptcy, BUT make sure you make yurself available whenever you are required to meet with your trustee (3 or 4 times during the process). With some planning thsi should not produce any problems for you…
