can you still file for bankruptcy after creditors have taken u to court and obtained a judgement

Yes, you can still file for bankruptcy regardless of what actions your creditors have taken.
If they have gone to court and successfully obtained a judgement their collection rights are stayed (i.e. stopped) just like any of your other creditors the moment you file.
