filed for bankruptcy in Ontario and kept my leased vehicle

I filed for bankruptcy in Ontario – January 09. I kept my leased vehicle, and now live and work in Alberta. If I decide that I no longer want this vehicle, does the Alberta seize or sue law apply to me?

The Alberta seize or sue legislation only applies to vehicles purchased under a conditional sales contract. If you have leased a vehicle this is likely not done under this type of contract and as a result if you don’t live up to your commitments under the lease you will be fully responsible for the remaining months under the lease and any costs and penalties associated with the seizure of the vehicle.
