I`m on provincial disability,I`ve had cancer but still unable to work I receive $1000 a month which does not cover my bills .
I cashed in what little money I had for retirement. eventually I`ll have nothing do I have to wait until i have no money .
I have about 5000 which with my monthly debt will last 4-5 month

While a bankruptcy can’t do much to help assist with your necessary living expenses, the filing of a bankruptcy may be able to deal with the debts and bring your other monthly expenditures to a level where they can be covered by your monthly income. I would suggest you contact a local trustee to determine if this would be possible.
