Joint or seperate bankruptcy

Is it better to file separately or jointly with my husband. We have two young children.

The advantage of a joint bankruptcy is that you are only being charged one set of administration fees, so typically it works out to be less expensive for you and could potentially result in a higher recovery by your creditors.
