Wife filing only

My wife is filing for bankruptcy, I had already removed my name for the credit cards we had together. She works full time and I work part time for a company we started but its been incorporated last year. Can you advise me on what would happen to my credit if only she files? We don`t own a home but we do have a vehicle paid for which I use to deliver my products. Thanks.

If you are not jointly responsible for any debts with your wife and she files for bankruptcy it should not have any impact on your credit rating or history. Your credit will only be affected if you have shared debts – which yuo say you don’t.
