Seperation and Bankruptsy

My husband left me and my two daughters and has refused for 6 months to help me make financially. He is now filing for bankrutpcy and states no judge will make him pay ma any thing if he has no money and has filed for bankruptcy. Is it true that a judge will not make him pay child support if thats the case?

You really need to discuss this with a lawyer who specializes in family and divorce law. This is an area that as I trustee I have no training in and very little exposure to.
