Selling The House

We haven`t filed for bankruptcy at this point but will do so in the very near future.
We have no equity in the home and have been told that we should be able to keep it.
If our mortgage payments are up to date at the time of filing can we sell the property during the duration of the bankruptcy (should the real estate market justify doing so)?

You shouldn’t have any difficulty selling your house during a bankruptcy. Just make sure you discuss this with your trustee in advance to ensure that you aren’t going to have any difficulties.
