Can I move to another province or even to anothre country during the bankruptcy process?

There is no problem with relocating during a proposal. It is eeasiest if you have completed your counseling sessions, but not necessary. The biggest rule is that you need to discuss things with your trustee before you leave and make sure you keep your trustee’s office advised of when you are going, where you are going and how they can contact you.
