my ex plans to go bankrupt and still try to keep the house we both own as she is a co borrower on it as well as both vehicles I currently have in my possesion.I want to keep paying,as I have,the vehicle payments and she is hoping to keep the home.Does this work?

You need to consult with a local trustee to determine if this is possible. In some cases it is, but it is dependent on the value of the property in question, the amount of the loans against the properties, and the exemptions available in your province. So contact a local trustee, the will be able to review a few details with you and very quickly be able to tell you if this is possible.
